Sudan will be hoping to secure their first win and humble Nigeria when the two sides meet in the Africa Cup of Nations Group D clash at the Stade Omnisport de Garoua on Saturday evening, with kick-off scheduled for 6pm.

The Super Eagles currently top Group D with three points after their first games, while Falcons of Jediane occupy third place in the group, level on one point with second-placed Guinea-Bissau.
When the two sides last met in the Afcon, a goal from Gabriel Okechukwu was enough to help Nigeria secure a narrow 1-0 victory over Sudan in the Afcon semi-finals at the Stade de Marrakech on 31 January 2018.
