Ousmane Dembele put the Catalans in front in the 14th minute but it took a 91st minute penalty from Lionel Messi to put the result beyond doubt as the European giants locked horns in Turin.
This followed a red card for Juventus for Merih Demiral in the 85th minute.
The win sees Barcelona move to the top of the Group G table with a full house of six points after two games. Juventus are in second place on three points while Dynamo Kiev and Ferencvaros sit level on a point a piece following their draw.
