Darwin Nunez scored in injury-time to ensure the win.
Liverpool will be unseeded in last-16 draw due to finishing behind Napoli in the group. But may not face any English clubs after finishing second.
“If you have seen what Napoli can do it was a really good game for us. I saw a lot of courage and bravery. Two set-pieces got us the points and to take 15 (points) in this group is absolutely insane,” said Jurgen Klopp.
