Tottenham Hotspur will aim to secure back-to-back victories in the Premier League when they welcome Everton to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday evening.

Spurs recently returned to winning ways in the league after clinching a narrow 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, with Harry Kane scoring the decisive goal.

The Toffees need to bounce back after they were edged out 2-1 by Manchester United despite Alex Iwobi’s early opener at Goodison Park.

The wins helped Spurs remain in third place with 20 points, two behind Manchester City in second place and four behind leaders Arsenal.

Everton are in 12th position on 10 points from nine games, despite the defeat.

Tottenham Hotspur will have to upper hand heading into this fixture after they claim four out of six points in the two-legged fixture last season, which saw them play to a goalless draw at Goodison Park before Spurs cruised to a comfortable 5-0 victory at home in the return leg.

Frank Lampard has a long injury list which includes six players; Andy Lonergan, Ben Godfrey, Mason Holgate, Nathan Patterson, Andros Townsend and Abdoulaye Doucouré, who is the most recent player to be sidelined.

Antonio Conte only has two players who are out due to injury, which include Dejan Kulusevski (thigh injury) and Lucas Moura (calf injury), respectively.

Harry Kane will be looking to continue his red-hot form for Spurs after he found the back of the net for the fourth successive league game after scoring the winning goal against Brighton to take his tally up to eight goals in nine matches.

Alex Iwobi has slowly begun to find his form for Everton after he contributed to three goals in his las two matches, with one goal and two assists against Southampton and Manchester United.
