TS Galaxy and Sekhukhune United will battle it out at the Mbombela Stadium as both teams look to collect maximum points in their next DStv Premiership encounter on Sunday afternoon.
The Rockets come into this match on an eight-game winless run in the league following their 2-2 draw against Kaizer Chiefs which saw Ashley Du Preez and Keagan Dolly cancel out goals from Bernard Parker and Djakaridja Traore at the FNB Stadium.
Babina Noko, meanwhile, comes into this encounter off the back of back-to-back defeats in the league following their 1-0 defeat to Chippa United after Etiosa Ighodaro scored the winning goal at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Galaxy’s draw sees them remain in 12th place on the log – level with 12 points with Swallows FC in 13th place, while Sekhukhune’s defeat saw them drop down to the bottom of the table – level on 10 points with 15th-placed Marumo Gallants.
When the two teams last met in the DStv Premiership, Galaxy and Sekhukhune shared the spoils after they both claimed two points each after they won one game each by a margin of 1-0.
Sead Ramovic has no injuries or suspensions for the upcoming fixture, while Kaitano Tembo is only expected to have Seth Parusnath sidelined for the encounter as he continues to be on the mend from an Achilles tendon rupture.
Bernard Parker will be high in confidence after scoring his first goal for Galaxy against his former club Kaizer Chiefs in his last appearances for the Rockets.
Tshegofatso Mabasa, who has been ever-present in the United squad, will look to end his three-match goal drought and add to the two goals he already scored this season.
