The Hammers, meanwhile, returned to winning ways after they claimed a comfortable 2-0 victory over Bournemouth through goals by Kurt Zouma and Saïd Benrahm at the London Stadium over the weekend.
The draw sees United drop down to sixth place on the log with 20 points from 11 games, while West Ham’s win saw them move up to 10th place on the table – level on 14 points with 11th-placed Brentford.
When the two teams met in the Premier League last season, Manchester United did the double over West Ham by first claiming a 2-1 win at the London Stadium before edging the same opponents 1-0 at Old Trafford in the return leg.
Erik ten Hag has a long list of injuries with Raphaël Varane, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Donny van de Beek and Anthony Martial all sidelined for the encounter.
David Moyes only has one player unavailable for the encounter in the form of Nayef Aguerd, who is out of action with an ankle injury.
Antony will be relishing the chance to find the back of the net after he failed to score in his last three league appearances for United, against Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
