Wales will want to prove their World Cup credentials when they take on Belgium in their next UEFA Nations League League A Group 4 clash at the King Baudouin Stadium on Thursday evening.

Belgium comes into this fixture on a three-match unbeaten run in Group 4 after they secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Poland after Chelsea discard Michy Batshuayi scored the decisive goal.
Wales, meanwhile, will be hoping to end their four-match winless run in Group 4 after they fell to a 4-3 defeat at the hands of the Netherlands.
Brennan Johnson and Gareth Bale’s goals were cancelled out by goals from Noa Lang, Cody Gakpo and Memphis Depay. The latter duo were both nearly signed by Manchester United in the recently closed transfer market.
The Red Devils currently occupy second place in the group with seven points from four matches, while Wales sit at the foot of the table with just one point in four matches.
When the two sides last faced off in the Nations League group stages, Wales and Belgium were forced to share the spoils after they played out to a 1-1 draw at the Cardiff City Stadium when a late goal from Brennan Johnson cancelled out Youri Tielemans’ 51st-minute opener.
Belgium will rely on Kevin De Bruyne to work his magic after scoring one goal in the group stages so far while Brennan Johnson scored Wales’ opener in each of their last two fixtures.
