Kaizer Chiefs have once again completed a squad overhaul following their seventh season without a trophy.
Fans of the club have been left scrambling to make sense of exactly who’s in and out at Naturena following more exits this week.
Defenders Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya have been let go. They join Daniel Cardoso, Lebogang Manyama, Lazarous Kambole, Daniel Akpeyi, Samir Nurković, Kearyn Baccus, Leonardo Castro, Anthony Akumu and Bernard Parker in heading out of the club.
Chiefs have brought in replacements with Dillan Solomons, Kamohelo Mahlatsi and Lehlogonolo Matlou all arriving from Swallows with Usuthu’s Siyethemba Sithebe also arriving this week.
Ashley du Preez and Zitha Kwinika joined Amakhosi from Stellenbosch FC and Mduduzi Shabalala was promoted from Chiefs’ DStv Diski Challenge team.
The biggest signing so far is that of Yusuf Moegamat Maart on a three-year deal with a two-year option to extend. The 26-year-old is already a capped international and joined the club from Sekhukhune United.
