Cape Town All Stars are set to welcome Swallows FC to the Danie Craven Stadium as they go in search of their first win in the PSL promotional/relegation playoffs on Saturday afternoon.
All Stars come into the match looking to secure a win after they were held to a 1-1 draw against the University of Pretoria after Ndiviwe Mdabuka cancelled out Thabang Sibanyoni’s 44th-minute opener at the Tuks ABSA Stadium on Wednesday.
Swallows, meanwhile, will look to return to winning ways after they were forced to share the spoils with the University of Pretoria following their goalless draw at the Tuks Absa Stadium on Saturday.
The Cape Town-based outfit currently sits at the bottom of the playoffs table with one point after three games, while the Soweto side are placed second with four points from two games, trailing top of the table AmaTuks by a point.
The two teams have only met on three occasions with the results spilt with All Stas and Swallows claiming one win each, while one game has ended in a stalemate.
Allan Freese and Dylan Kerr will be boosted by the fact that both camps will have all their players fit and ready for the encounter with no injuries or suspensions.
