After three draws in a row, Mamelodi Sundowns face the task of returning to winnings ways when they travel to face Black Leopards.
The hosts might be second from bottom but their 2-0 win over Orlando Pirates – also at Thohoyandou Stadium – should be enough of a warning that Sundowns wealth of stars need to be switched on.
Leopards will be a tough test even as Lehlohonolo Seema steps into the dugout as a temporary replacement for coach Dylan Kerr, who left his post following the 3-0 thrashing at the hands of Chippa United.
Also missing will be defender Edwin Gyimah, the tough tackler formerly on the books of Orlando Pirates, who remains suspended.
The defending champions, though, have far more concerns on the unavailability front than Lidoda Duvha.
Brian Onyango is now a fitness doubt to go with Lyle Lakay and Bangaly Soumahoro as well as midfielder Khuliso Mudau. Striker Peter Shalulile and defedender Ricardo Nascimento missed the draw against Swallows and are also uncertain starters.
That said, Sundowns could field three different starting XIs and still be competitive. Their record against Leopards is solid with 17 wins and three losses against the basement dwellers.
Can Leopards end their 13+ year run without a victory?
Suggested bet: Sundowns to win at 1.51
