Quinton De Kock top-scored for the Mumbai Indians as they cruised past 200 in setting up a win over the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
De Kock’s 67 came off just 39 balls as he erased doubts over his place in the Mumbai lineup.
The South African’s struggles – 48 runs in his previous four innings – were a distant memory as he dispatched the ball around the Sharjah ground. His knock included four 4s and four 6s as the Indians posted 208/5.
Trent Boult and James Pattinson each took two wickets at the Sunrisers failed to keep track with the run rate. In the end, they managed just 174 in the 20 overs to go down by 34 runs.
Australia’s David Warner top scored for the losing side with 60 (44 balls).
