Liverpool are determined to bounce back in the Premier League when they play hosts to Wolves in their next fixture at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds will come into this fixture after enduring a humiliating 4-1 defeat at the hands of Napoli in their Champions League opener on Wednesday evening, while on the domestic front they were forced to settle for a point after playing out to a goalless draw against rivals Everton at Goodison Park.
It’s been a lean run with many star players like Mo Salah and Virgil van Dijk out of form. The ageing James Milner has not coped well and the exit of Sadio Mane appears to be hurting already.

Wolves, meanwhile, will be high in confidence after they secured their first win in the Premier League following their narrow 1-0 victory over Southampton.
Liverpool have just nine points from their first six matches, while Wolves’ win lifted them to 16th with six points.
“We need to reinvent ourselves,” Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said.
“There are a lot of things lacking, not in all games but the fun thing is we have to do it in the middle of the Premier League season and a Champions League campaign. We need a set-up to be better in pretty much everything.
“We have to play in three days against Wolves. If Wolves saw that game tonight they would not stop laughing and would say it is the perfect moment.”
When Liverpool faced off against Wolves in the Premier League last season, the Reds managed to walk away with six points. Three points this weekend is vital.
Klopp will be without the services of eight players for their next encounter as Fabio Carvalho, Jordan Henderson, Curtis Jones, Naby Keita, Caoimhin Kelleher, Ibrahima Konate, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calvin Ramsay, are all out due to their respective injuries.
Meanwhile, Bruno Lage only has one player ruled out for their upcoming clash as Brazilian Chiquinho remains on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Roberto Firmino has made it difficult for new signing Darwin Nunez to make it into the starting line up since his red card as the Brazilians has managed to bag three goals and three assists in his last five matches for Liverpool.
Daniel Podence will look to continue his form for Wolves as their current top scorer with two goals in his last six games, having found the back of the net against Leeds United and Southampton.
