Premier League

Premier League sides Chelsea and Arsenal are set to renew their rivalry when they face off in the Florida Cup final at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Sunday, July 23.

Christian Pulisic opened the scoring for the Blues at the half-hour mark but a stoppage-time penalty from Daniel Rios forced the game to be settled in a penalty shootout.

Rios stepped up first in the shootout and beat Mendy with a panenka before teammates Christian Makoun, Anton Walkes, Joseph Mora and Kamil Jozwiak all found the net to win the shootout at the Bank of America Stadium.

The Gunners will take on their London rivals coming into this clash on a two-match unbeaten run during their pre-season tour after securing a thrilling 5-3 victory over FC Nurnberg at Grundig Stadion on July 8, thanks to a brace by Gabriel Jesus, two own goals from Christopher Schindler and Tim Handwerker.

Arsenal then made it two wins in two games when Jesus and Bukayo Saka fired the London side to a comfortable 2-0 victory over fellow Premier League side Everton at the M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday.

Head-To-Head:

In head-to-head stats between the two London teams, Arsenal has the slight upper hand over Chelsea, having won three out of the last five meetings between the two teams, while the Blues have only won two out of five.

Player To Watch:

Raheem Sterling: Despite not scoring on his Chelsea debut, Sterling impressed in his first match by creating multiple scoring opportunities but after getting a taste of playing for the Blues Sterling will be roaring to go against Arsenal in their next match.

Gabriel Jesus: The Gunners will be hoping the Brazilian can continue his great start at the club following his move from rivals Manchester City after he already bagged three goals in his first two matches for Arsenal.
